As CEO, Daniel leads the sales strategy, marketing, and analytics for Magnify. He is a Harvard MBA and former Bain consultant who has been instrumental in helping executive teams at multiple Fortune 500 companies solve critical business issues.

At Magnify, his focus is on optimizing, streamlining, and scaling the business. Coming from a highly data-driven background at LinkedIn, he has built many quantitative tools to help the team and investors better price and analyze deals.

With his expertise in strategy, finance, and negotiations, he has helped clients maximize their return on equity, reposition assets, and quickly grow their real estate portfolios.

Eric Katz

As CIO, Eric leads the investment team at Magnify. He specializes in representing sellers and buyers of apartment buildings across California and also has considerable experience in office and retail.

Eric is also experienced in raising capital and syndicating exclusive deals with our investor base.

He is a 1031 tax deferred exchange specialist and is an expert salesman and negotiator. He has received many awards during his career, including:

David Katz

Specialization / Experience

As COO, David leads the operations at Magnify in addition to being a lead broker who actively meets face-to-face with owners of apartment buildings in the Bay Area. He has been instrumental in helping numerous clients rapidly increase their return on investment and bolster annual cash flows.

He is an expert in helping clients utilize 1031 exchanges to minimize their tax liability and improve their returns, and he is also experienced in triple-net deals and leases.

David also founded a property management company and quickly scaled it to 350+ units, giving him in-depth experience in building operations and a strong pulse on market dynamics and trends.
